Suppliers have advised they are currently investigating a connectivity issue impacting multiple DSL Circuits throughout the UK. Updates will be provided once we receive further information. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience during this time.

UPDATE: Suppliers have advised, engineers have taken steps to restore service for customers that were affected by the issue earlier today.

Further remediation work may be required while their engineers work with the vendor to understand the root cause of the issue. Some customers may see a further brief disconnection, however they should reconnect immediately.
