Vacancy: Customer Support Team

Professional, energetic and driven individual, preferably with relevant experience, required to join our unbeatable Customer Support Team.

About the role:

Each member of our Team is multi-skilled in all areas of Customer Support meaning our Customers get through to someone who can help first time and are not passed around from department to department.

The right candidate will have the opportunity to shape the role to their personality, we offer the chance to take on specific facets of our industry as well as providing additional training and encourage individuality to shine within the team.

Your skill level will be assessed and a personalised training period will be undertaken to introduce you to our systems and processes and bring you up to our standard. You will be assessed over a 3 month probation period before joining the team on a permanent basis.

As a Support Agent your duties include:

  • Supporting customers with Technical, Provisioning, Sales and General queries across our full portfolio. (ADSL, ADSL2+, FTTC, Gfast, FTTP, Ethernet, EAD, PSTN, VOIP, Mobile, Email and Domain hosting)
  • Provisioning orders from placement to completion
  • Incident management through to resolution in timely manner
  • Liaising with wholesalers and third parties
  • Hardware configuration
  • Build and maintain relationships with Wholesalers, Re-sellers, Business and Residential customers alike.
  • Maintain our exceptional standard of professionalism and customer service

Prior experience in ISP/Telecoms Support and Provisioning preferred but not essential.

Excellent customer service skills and natural empathy for Customer situation is paramount.

Job Type:

Salary:

£23,000-£30,000 p/a subject to experience.
