FTTP 'broadband only' connections are available with a 1, 12 or 24 month contract length. If you cancel the service (including moving house) then you will be liable for an early termination charge of £20.00 for each month remaining of the contracted period.
Connection via the FullFibre FibreHeroes network with minimum lead time of 14 days, actual lead time varies subject to survey.
FibreHeroes standard FTTP connections (12 & 24 month contracts) and all migrations are free of charge. Fibre Heroes standard FTTP connections (1 month contract) will be subject to a £50.00 activation charge.
To achieve maximum possible throughput speeds (900-950Mbit/s after TCP/IP overheads) on gigabit packages you will require a high specification router and suitable client hardware (most phones, tablets and older computers will only manage around 500-700Mbps throughput).
